About Our Council
Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes (GSNWGL) formed in 2008, the result of a nationwide organizational realignment. Formerly six separate Councils now comprise GSNWGL, which partners with 3,000 volunteers, serves approximately 10,000 girls, and covers 58 counties across northern Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Return & Exchange Policy
With a GSNWGL mobile shop receipt or shopGSNWGL.company.site order number, items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund via the original payment method.
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REFUND ORDERS PURCHASED THROUGH GIRLSCOUTSHOP.COM.
All items must be in new condition: clean and free of odor, unworn, with all tags, packaging, and/or labels still attached. Defective or damaged merchandise will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on clearance merchandise, discontinued badges or books, or dated items.
Please contact shop@gsnwgl.org to initiate a return by mail. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees for returns mailed back to the shop.
